Kim Poremski, Founder & President | CST®
Kim Poremski is the founder of Agile Prowess, where she helps solopreneurs and small-to-mid-sized businesses apply modern management practices to grow revenue, streamline operations, and turn strategy into focused execution.
With more than 30 years of experience across IT, product management, and organizational change, Kim has had a front-row seat to how organizations try to get work done. She has partnered with leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies across banking, finance, healthcare, insurance, and retail, helping them navigate complexity, competing priorities, and constant change.
Kim is also a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) with Scrum Alliance, a designation held by a small number of people worldwide, reflecting both deep expertise and extensive real-world experience applying modern, agile ways of working.
Kim’s enterprise experience was formative and eye-opening. In large organizations, progress often happens in pockets and at a pace constrained by layers of approval. Kim made a deliberate shift to bring everything she’s learned—what works, what doesn’t, and where organizations consistently get stuck—to solopreneurs and SMBs, where clarity matters more, constraints are real, and decisions immediately shape outcomes.
